The Story Behind HerInsight Consulting
HerInsight Consulting was born from a real-life balancing act. Founders Becca and Christine met as moms first—bonding over school pickups, weekend sports, and the chaotic but fulfilling blend of raising a family while managing demanding corporate careers. What started as casual chats turned into deep conversations about purpose, burnout, and how women are often forced to choose between ambition and flexibility.
With over 40 years of combined experience in leadership roles at some of the country’s largest banks, Becca and Christine weren’t short on credentials. But they were both at a crossroads—pushed to either continue chasing titles or redefine success on their own terms.
So they did just that.
They took everything they had learned—about project management, business strategy, leadership, communication, and execution—and created HerInsight Consulting: a consultancy built to serve small businesses with big goals, and to support women consultants seeking freedom without compromise.
Today, HerInsight is more than a business—it’s a mission. A place where real expertise meets real life, and where both clients and consultants can thrive together.
Meet the Founders
Becca Bartlett
Becca is a results-driven leader with a passion for coaching and execution. She has a unique ability to roll up her sleeves and dive into the details—building out project plans—while also communicating strategy at the C-suite level.
Her experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, where she worked for two of the largest U.S. banks. She has also served as a managing consultant, leading everything from enterprise-wide regulatory initiatives to site-specific process redesigns.
A proud Georgia Tech alum, Becca thrives on solving complex challenges and staying active in her local community. She’s not only a strategist but a trusted partner to clients who want someone who truly gets it done.
Christine Davies
Christine is a change agent at heart, with a rich background in financial services and operations management. With over 20 years of experience in executive roles at three major banks—and life lived on three continents—she brings a unique global perspective to every project she leads.
She has a proven track record for streamlining operations, leading complex change, and aligning strategic goals with day-to-day execution. Her favorite quote is “Begin with the end in mind,” which she applies in both business and life.
When she’s not consulting, Christine can be found volunteering with the Waxhaw Women’s Club or traveling with her family—she’s visited over 50 countries and counting.
